IX IEEE World Engineering Education Conference

The IX IEEE World Engineering Education Conference (EDUNINE2025) will be held as a hybrid conference (online and on-site presentations) in Montevideo, Uruguay, from March 23-26, 2025.

The Final Paper Submission is Now OPEN

We invite you to submit your final paper—whether it is a full paper, work-in-progress, workshop paper, or doctoral symposium paper accepted through peer review—revised and prepared according to the guidelines outlined on the "Crafting Your Final Paper" webpage, available on the EDUNINE2025 website under the AUTHOR menu, available in English and Spanish.

For conditionally accepted papers (those requiring minor or major revisions, conversion to work-in-progress, or doctoral symposium categories), it is essential to incorporate improvements based on the valuable feedback provided during the peer-review process.

To ensure a smooth transition to publication in IEEE Xplore®, all final paper submissions must:

  1. Be formatted as PDF files using IEEE PDF eXpress.
  2. Have a signed copyright transfer agreement to IEEE.

The EDUNINE Program Committee conducts a final review of all submissions to verify adherence to publication quality standards and compliance with established guidelines.

Important Tips for a Successful Submission:

  • Leverage multiple submission and review opportunities to meet quality standards and minimize the risk of rejection by IEEE Xplore®.
  • Submit your final paper well before the deadline to allow time for necessary reviews and revisions. Keep in mind that each review cycle requires significant time.

Act now to ensure your paper is ready for publication and meets all requirements!
